Booking Policy
Payments
Where possible, pay in cash. If you are unsure of the correct price please message me to check.
Cancellations
Any appointment that pays a deposit will have this deducted off your final bill. If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice, your deposit will be taken as a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
Running late may sometimes mean I’m unable to perform the whole service booked. Please message me and I’ll let you know if your appointment can still go ahead — late fees may apply.
